HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE

Looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional, who has worked with an education society/school and holds a minimum of 5 years’ experience. The Candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, multitasking abilities, and a strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and employment regulations in Delhi.
The Age limit: must be below 40 years.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment and selection process for teaching and non-teaching staff.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the school's vision and goals.
Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and addressing any issues promptly.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide necessary training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and school policies.
Coordinate with various departments for effective HR operations.
Handle payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
